I'm Michal Cipro, and my journey is driven by a passion for tennis, golf and the endless search for new opportunities. My story began as a tennis coach who founded a tennis club and many other projects, including a foundation supporting orphanages. Throughout my coaching career I have encountered one recurring theme - the importance of working on the mental side. This realization led me to look for new ways to push the performance of our athletes. I began to study and educate myself extensively, not only domestically, but also abroad.
Eminent mentors, such as Marian Jelinek, became my guides and travel companions on this never-ending journey. However, the desire for deeper knowledge has always driven me forward. I decided to combine modern neuroscience with mental training, and so I began to focus on neuroimaging training and working with the autonomic nervous system. My studies and research have further developed in the field of measurement and diagnostics. I focused on the importance of precise data and exact outcome measurements. I worked on EEG biofeedback measurements, combining modern technology with detailed analysis.
The goal is not only to improve performance, but also to create a solid foundation that athletes can rely on. My commitment is to deliver exact and measurable results. I have been involved in psychology, elements of hypnotherapy and various techniques in the field since a very early age, as I was shaped in this way to some extent by my spiritual father. As a result, I have gained a high level of empathy, practice, knowledge, education and deepened my potential to the smallest detail.
After my college studies, I began to pursue individual practice and education. I work with the general public as well as professional athletes, since sport is my lifelong passion, and so I have the highest intention of helping pros overcome and push their limits, since the demands, pressure and expectations are at the edge of what is bearable.
Some of my strongest strengths are therapeutic interventions into the deepest parts of the subconscious where it is important to permanently change/dissolve destructive attitudes, patterns, traumas and other triggers of inner or outer pain.
I then use elements from hypnotherapy, classical psychology, archetypal therapy, neuro-linguistic programming and work with maladaptive schemas (emotional-destructive patterns). However, each one has to be treated with a totally individual and specific strategy tailored to the client, which is what I follow. I also have expertise in the science known as Epigenetics and I test tailored natural substances that complete the entire therapeutic model on a physiological, or biochemical level.

Whether it's an individual or a sports club, we evaluate our own abilities and skills together, and the roles are redistributed accordingly. The connection then occurs in the identification of individual strategies in maximizing performance, with deep subconscious work backed by subsequent sophisticated data, cognitive training and evaluation, and the same is true in the other direction.
